Oh, what a lovely stay! The hotel had a great location with breathtaking views and a nice balcony in my room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the ticket for free transportation was missing from the not-so-friendly service. The staff, however, were still nice and helpful. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch. Definitely great value for money!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The romantic view of Lugano was simply breathtaking, and the value for our off-peak November stay was unbeatable. The rooms were fresh, modern, and spacious - a perfect 10/10 in my book. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and always helpful staff. The location, although not the best and slightly overpriced, was still convenient and walkable to town activities. The dining experience was surprisingly good with plenty of choices, although slightly expensive. Overall, a wonderful experience with only small drawbacks to consider.
